Compatibility – SEGWAY
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ Navimow i105E
- ✓ Navimow i108E
- ✓ Navimow i205 AWD
On a compact property, your Navimow repeatedly drives past the same flowerbeds, edges and roots – every round is a new opportunity to come across something tough. That is exactly why it’s worth taking a regular look at the mowing disc. Here you’ll find the right replacement for i105E, i108E and i205 AWD: with 6, 7 or 9 blades, pre-installed and swapped in two minutes.
6, 7 or 9 blades – which disc fits your garden?
All three versions sit identically on i105E, i108E and i205 AWD and are supplied with a protective frame. The only difference is how often they cut per revolution: more blades catch every blade of grass more frequently – the cuttings come out finer. On small areas that you see daily from close range, this difference is particularly noticeable.

The configuration you already know from the new Navimow. Ideal when the old mowing disc is simply worn out or when a blade no longer swings cleanly after a contact with a stone – replace it and continue as before.

Seven cutting edges distribute the work across more points per revolution. Noticeably where the grass grows back vigorously – for example in the well-watered front garden or around the lawn sprinkler.

Nine blades leave hardly any blade of grass behind and break up the cuttings so finely that they disappear between the blades. The choice for small lawns where every irregularity is immediately noticeable.

A small garden means: more contact, not less
A large lawn is covered in wide passes, a small one isn’t. On a compact property, the Navimow is constantly maneuvering: around the terrace, along the edge of the flower bed, between the tree ring and the garden path. The same critical spots are brought under the disc multiple times every single mowing day.
That simply increases the number of opportunities where a blade brushes against a paving edge, catches an exposed root, or hits the forgotten sand toy. Not every one of these impacts leads to an error message – often it’s only a notch in the cutting edge or a blade that no longer swings freely.
You will only see the result later in the lawn: frayed instead of smoothly separated blade tips, individual blades left standing, and brownish discolored cut edges. A disc with impact runs additionally unevenly and unnecessarily puts strain on the mowing unit.
The replacement disc comes fully pre-assembled and fits the mounting of all three models – without adapters, without modification. Please compare the model name of your Navimow before ordering and the design of the existing disc.
The quick check when cleaning
If you regularly clear the Navimow of dried-on grass, you have already created the decisive moment: the robotic lawnmower is tilted in front of you, and the mowing disc is easily accessible. Turn it slowly once by hand and check whether each blade swings freely and whether the cutting edges show notches.
This exact manual step makes the difference on small areas. Here you are only a few steps away from the lawn every day, and an uneven cut pattern does not disappear due to perspective – it is immediately noticeable from the kitchen window.
Is it time for a change? You don’t need any special tool: switch off the robotic lawnmower, carefully tilt it, remove the old cutting disc, put the new one on – done. Since the blades are already mounted, there’s no need to screw individual blades into place at all.
All three versions are supplied with a protective frame, which supports safe and controlled blade guidance during operation. A clean-running mowing disc also keeps the grass flow moving – damp cuttings stick less often around the blades and do not slow down the rotation.

Simply select the desired number of blades above – 6, 7, or 9; if you want, you can also get it right away together with 60 replacement blades. Each version fits Segway Navimow i105E, i108E, and i205 AWD, is supplied with a protective frame and ready-mounted blades, and can be changed without tools.
Top reviews
I replaced the blade on my Segway Navimow i108E with this cutting disc, and honestly it makes everyday use easier: the 6 blades cut evenly and the system seems less prone to blockages, even when the grass is a bit tall in my garden of about 600 m². The disc with its guard fits well and I was able to mount it without forcing anything. After a few mowing cycles, the cutting quality was back like at the beginning, and that’s exactly what I was looking for in maintenance. Théo
I bought this cutting disc for my Segway Navimow i108E after trying two other brands, because I wanted something that actually fits without hassle. The included protection and the 6 blades made the replacement faster, and after a couple of runs the cutting looks more uniform. However, I noticed one thing: the blade feels slightly tighter in the mounting than the original, so I had to adjust it a bit before everything settled perfectly. Overall, a great buy for maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
Does the same cutting disc fit the i105E, i108E and i205 AWD?
Yes. All three versions are intended for the compatible Segway Navimow models i105E, i108E and i205 AWD – for the classic i-series devices as well as for the AWD model with all-wheel drive. However, before ordering, please compare the exact model designation of your robot and the design of the existing cutting disc, as the mounting and fastening may differ depending on the model series.
My garden is small – won’t the disc wear out more slowly then?
Rather the opposite. In a small area, Navimow doesn’t drive long, uninterrupted paths; instead, it constantly maneuvers around flower beds, terrace edges, and around tree bases. The same critical spots are passed multiple times per mowing cycle, meaning the blades come into contact with paving edges, roots, or leftover toys more often. It’s not the number of mowed square meters that determines wear, but the number of contacts with hard surfaces.
How can I quickly check during cleaning whether the mowing disc is still in good condition?
If the robot is already tilted in front of you for cleaning, slowly rotate the mowing disc once by hand. Each blade should swing freely and have a smooth cutting edge without notches. Also check for any deformation of the disc – a disc with runout vibrates and puts extra strain on the mowing unit.
Is a protective cover included with all three variants?
Yes, the versions with 6, 7, and 9 blades are each supplied with protective covers. It supports safe and controlled blade guidance during operation and keeps the freely swinging blades in place.
Which number of blades is recommended for a small lawn area?
For pure replacement of a worn mowing disc, the 6-blade version is sufficient. If the grass grows strongly, the 7-blade version distributes the work over one additional cut per revolution. The 9-blade version delivers the finest result and is especially worth it for small areas that you see every day from very close by—where any irregularity is immediately noticeable. All three can be installed in the same way.
Is any assembly work still required for the i105E mowing disc?
No. The blades are already fully assembled—six pieces for the 6-blade version, seven for the 7-blade version, and nine for the 9-blade version. You don’t need to individually screw the blades on; the disc is ready to use straight from the packaging.
Do I need tools to change the cutting disc on the Navimow?
No, no special tool is required: switch off the robotic mower, carefully tilt it, remove the old cutting disc, fit the new one—done. The complete replacement takes only a few minutes and can be done without any technical know-how.
Is it an original part from Segway?
No, this is a compatible cutting disc from CUT GUARD and not an original Segway spare part. It is manufactured to fit the mounting for Navimow i105E, i108E and i205 AWD and is designed for continuous operation in the robotic lawnmower – a cost-effective, quickly available alternative with pre-assembled blades.
