Terms and Conditions: MÄHLE Giveaway (July 20 – October 31, 2026)
1. Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is the operator of Messerscheibe24.de (contact details see Imprint), hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”. The giveaway has no connection to Mammotion, Apple, Google, Meta, or other platforms.
2. Eligibility to Participate
Natural persons aged 18 and over with a place of residence in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation via giveaway automation services, scripts, or with invented or disposable email addresses is not permitted and results in exclusion.
3. Participation Period
The giveaway runs from July 20, 2026 to October 4, 2026, 11:59 PM (both times in Central European Time).
4. Participation and Tickets
Participation is via the free browser game MÄHLE at messerscheibe24.de/maehle: Whoever solves the “Board of the Day” can enter their email address and will receive one ticket for it. At most one ticket is issued per person and calendar day; anyone who receives a ticket on seven consecutive days automatically receives three additional tickets. The email address must be verified via the confirmation link sent (double opt-in); only confirmed tickets take part in the draw. Only participation with one email address is permitted per person; multiple participation with different addresses leads to exclusion.
Participation is free. No purchase is necessary and it does not increase the chances of winning.
5. Prizes
A total of 10 prizes will be awarded: for each winner, either a cutting disc OR a replacement blades set can be selected from the range of Messerscheibe24.de, suitable for your own robotic lawnmower (preference is provided when participating; product selection is made after the notification of winning). The draws take place weekly on Mondays at 9:00 a.m. (first draw on 3 August, last draw on 5 October 2026) – one winner per draw, maximum 1 prize per person. Cash payment, changes, or transfer are excluded. Shipping is free within Germany and Austria.
6. Determination and notification of the winner
The winners are drawn weekly (Mondays, 9:00 a.m.) by random selection from all valid (confirmed) entries up to that point; winners who have already been drawn are excluded from further draws. The draw is carried out software-supported with a cryptographic random number generator and is documented. The winners are notified by email and must respond within 14 days and provide a delivery address in DE/AT; otherwise the prize lapses and a new winner will be drawn. The winner’s first name and country of residence may be published in anonymized form (e.g. “Thomas K. from Bavaria”) on the campaign page; beyond that, no publication takes place.
7. Data protection
For the conduct of the sweepstakes, the email address, the time of the draw, and the IP address (fraud prevention) are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (conduct of the sweepstakes). The data are used exclusively for the sweepstakes and are deleted no later than 90 days after the end of the promotion, unless there are statutory retention obligations. 8. Exclusion and premature termination
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of manipulation, violation of these terms and conditions, or the use of unauthorized aids. The organizer may end or adjust the sweepstakes in whole or in part for good cause (e.g. technical malfunctions, legal reasons); in this case, already purchased valid tickets will participate in a draw that still takes place, provided this is legally possible.
9. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
