Compatibility – DREAME
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ A3 AWD 2000
- ✓ A3 AWD 3500 PRO
The DREAME A3 AWD is built for large lawn areas – and covers ground with two mowing discs at the same time. That’s why the replacement is consistently available here as a double pack: 2x cutting disc for A3 AWD 2000 and 3500 PRO, optionally with 6, 7 or 9 blades, with each disc including a protective frame and pre-assembled blades.
6, 7 or 9 blades – which setup is right for your area?
Each set includes two cutting discs with protection, suitable for A3 AWD 2000 and A3 AWD 3500 PRO. The difference lies in the number of blades per disc: the more blades rotate, the finer the cut material is chopped – a point that, for large areas, determines the look of the entire garden.

Two discs with 6 blades each – the classic configuration for daily operation on large areas. If you want to put your A3 AWD back into its delivery condition, simply replace both discs here and continue as usual.

With each rotation, one more blade cuts into the grass. On large areas, this adds up noticeably: a denser result on the same route, without the robotic lawnmower needing to be out longer. The choice for vigorously growing lawns.

Divide nine blades per disc for the finest cut material – it disappears as mulch between the blades instead of remaining visibly on a large area. For everyone who expects a well-groomed finish even across many square meters.

Two mowing discs, one wear pattern – replace them as a pair
The A3 AWD does not mow with just one, but with two rotating cutting discs. Both start on the same day, drive the same routes, and collect exactly the same mowing performance – accordingly, they also reach the end of their service life together.
If only one side is replaced, a fresh disc works alongside a worn one: one cuts cleanly, the other leaves frayed blades in the same track. Over a large area, this difference becomes clearly noticeable – as an unsteady, patchy cut pattern.
That is why this replacement is fundamentally supplied as a 2-blade set: both cutting discs are replaced in one go, and both sides of the mowing unit are returned to the same condition. This keeps cutting performance consistent across the entire width – track by track, round by round.
Both discs sit on the A3 AWD 2000 and A3 AWD 3500 PRO mounting without an adapter and are delivered fully equipped.
Switch based on area performance, not the calendar
A look at the model names gives it away: A3 AWD 2000 and 3500 PRO are designed for large gardens. In one week, a cutting disc covers more cutting distance here than in a small front yard over the entire month – wear depends on the mowed square meters, not the date.
That’s why fixed change intervals from the calendar are too short. More reliable is the lawn itself: frayed instead of cleanly separated blade tips, an uneven cut pattern, increased grass buildup on the disc, or an unsteady, louder operation of the cutting system – these are the signs that the discs have reached the end of their service life.
The swap itself takes hardly any time: switch off the robotic lawnmower, remove the old mowing discs, fit the new ones – no tools are needed, and the blades are already pre-assembled. After a few minutes, the A3 AWD continues its rounds.
Tip for large areas: Check the mowing discs additionally out of sequence after contact with branches, stones, or fallen fruit – the more area the robotic lawnmower covers, the more often such an obstacle crosses its path.

Choose the blade count above that fits your area – 6, 7, or 9; if you like, also with 60 replacement blades as a supply. Each set includes two ready-to-install cutting discs for DREAME A3 AWD 2000 and 3500 PRO – so both discs can start again together from zero.
Top reviews
After testing two other brands for my Dreame A3 AWD 2000, I tried these 2x cutting discs. They fit fine, and the guard around the blade area feels like it holds up better in everyday use, but I still had to adjust/mount one blade a bit more carefully than expected so it would sit completely flat. The cuts are even enough, but logistically they came in a fairly thin package.
After trying two other brands for my DREAME A3 AWD 3500 PRO, these 2x replacement mowing discs were the best fit. The set arrived with the protective ring and 6 blades per disc, and the installation felt straightforward without forcing anything. I noticed a quieter, more stable blade rotation and a more even cut across the lawn, especially on slightly rougher edges. For maintenance, having two sets means I can swap during the season without downtime.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the set always include two cutting discs?
The DREAME A3 AWD 2000 and the A3 AWD 3500 PRO mow with a dual mowing deck, meaning with two parallel rotating cutting discs. Both cover the same rounds and therefore wear out practically at the same rate. The 2-piece set replaces both discs in one operation, so the cutting system on both sides is back to the same condition.
Can I also replace only one of the two mowing discs?
Technically, that is possible, but it’s rarely a sensible choice: A fresh disc next to a worn one creates an uneven cutting pattern, because one side cleanly separates and the other frays the blades. Since both discs have the same cutting performance behind them, it’s recommended to replace them as a pair—exactly what this set is designed for.
Does the set fit the A3 AWD 2000 as well as the A3 AWD 3500 PRO?
Yes. Both models use the same design of the cutting discs, so every version of the set fits the A3 AWD 2000 and the A3 AWD 3500 PRO without an adapter. However, please compare the model name of your robot and the design of the existing discs briefly before ordering.
How often should I replace the cutting discs on a large lawn?
Follow the mowed area, not the calendar: An A3 AWD on a large property covers significantly more cutting distance per week than a small robot in a month—meaning the blades and mowing discs reach the end of their service life much sooner. Reliable indicators include frayed blade tips, an uneven cutting pattern, increased grass buildup on the mowing disc, or a louder operation of the cutting system.
How many blades are right for large areas?
With 6 blades per mowing disc, you replace the standard configuration and stick with proven continuous operation. 7 blades provide one more cut per revolution and deliver a denser result when growth is vigorous. 9 blades cut the clippings the finest—on large areas, the advantage is that the mulch disappears invisibly between the blades of grass instead of remaining visibly on the surface.
Do I need to screw the blades on myself or prepare tools?
No. Both discs are supplied with fully mounted blades, and the swap on the A3 AWD requires no tools: switch off the robot, remove the old mowing discs, and attach the new ones. After a few minutes, the entire cutting system is refreshed and the robot can continue covering the area.
Who is the package with 60 replacement blades worth it for?
For practically every A3 AWD owner with a large area: Two mowing discs use up the blade supply twice as fast as a single cutting disc, and the high area performance accelerates this even further. With the 60 cm set, you have replenishment ready for the season and it costs less as a bundle than if you buy later as a single item.
Are these original Dreame cutting discs?
No, this set is a compatible replacement part from CUT GUARD. The discs are precision-made to fit the mounting for the DREAME A3 AWD 2000 and 3500 PRO, designed for continuous operation on large areas, and are supplied with protection as well as pre-assembled blades. Please check the model designation of your lawn mower robot before purchasing.
