7 or 9 blades – which setup fits your Vision Cloud?
Both versions sit on the same mounting and fit equally well on WR312E, WR318E and WR330E – the protective frame is included with both. The only difference is how often a blade of grass is hit per rotation: more blades mean more cutting points and thus a finer result.
Seven cutting points per rotation distribute the work evenly across the mowing disc – the solid choice when the Vision Cloud is primarily meant to create area. Even with vigorous growth, the cut pattern stays calm without the robotic lawnmower having to be out for longer.
Nine blades hold every blade of grass more often and shred the cuttings significantly smaller. This is worth it where the lawn is viewed up close: in front of the terrace, along the paths, on well-kept ornamental areas – and when mulching, because fine cuttings disappear faster.
The camera navigates – the blades have to cut
The Landroid Vision is built exactly for that: so you have to worry as little as possible. No wire laying, no antenna alignment, no mapping. The camera recognizes what is lawn and what isn’t – the rest is handled by the robotic lawnmower itself.
That is exactly why it is often only noticed late, when the mechanics start to wear down. A Vision Cloud that quietly makes its rounds for months is rarely turned over and checked. The camera continues to work perfectly – only the blades no longer cut the blades of grass cleanly at some point, but instead tear them off.
You can see it in frayed rather than smooth tips of the blades of grass, and in a lawn that no longer looks as even after mowing as it did before. The fact that the robotic lawnmower drives reliably says nothing about the condition of the cutting system.
A fresh cutting disc restores the cutting performance to what your Landroid Vision was delivered with. It comes fully equipped and fits without any adjustment onto the mounting of WR312E, WR318E and WR330E.
1200 to 3000 m²: a lot of area for each individual blade
WR312E, WR318E and WR330E cover 1200, 1800 and 3000 m² – these are the large models in the Vision series. If you have such an area mowed regularly, you accumulate a considerable amount of runtime per season, and every rotation goes to the cutting edges.
This is in addition to what simply lies in the grass on large properties: fallen fruit, small branches, pine cones, gravel from the path. The mowing disc takes it along, and at some point a blade gets stuck or the disc has a wobble. Either one costs cutting quality before it even becomes noticeable.
Both versions of this cutting disc come with protection on the mowing disc. It keeps the blade guidance stable and ensures that damp clippings don’t remain around the blades and slow down the rotation – especially noticeable in dense growth.
The swap itself fits the Vision concept: it does not require tools. Switch off the robotic lawnmower, carefully tip it over, remove the old disc, and attach the new one – done in just a few minutes. A good time for this is also during cleaning, when the robotic lawnmower is already standing on its head.

1. General Safety Instructions

Yes. The three Landroid Vision Cloud models for 1200 m², 1800 m² and 3000 m² use the same mowing disc mount, so both versions of this disc fit all three robots without an adapter. My Landroid Vision runs perfectly—can the cutting disc still be worn?
