Compatibility – SEGWAY
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ Navimow H500E
- ✓ Navimow H800E
- ✓ Navimow H1500E
As soon as your SEGWAY Navimow H500E, H800E or H1500E starts mowing noticeably more slowly or the grass seems to be “torn” rather than cut cleanly, the 9-blade cutting disc with 9 blades is exactly the quick fix for clean cuts.

When SEGWAY only tears the grass instead of cutting it
Dull blades mean: uneven mowing paths, more rework, and often also more stress for the mowing disc. The motor has to work against the resistance, which costs runtime and energy. With the 9-blade cutting disc for SEGWAY Navimow H-Series H500E, H800E & H1500E, you bring the cutting performance back to the point—so your lawn looks even and neat again. The 9-blade setup stands for the finest cut of the model series.
Fits your SEGWAY Navimow H500E, among others
The 9-blade cutting disc fits perfectly for the Navimow H500E, Navimow H800E, and Navimow H1500E. Swapping it on the mowing disc is straightforward and handled without any tool puzzles—just replace it and keep mowing.
Ready to install
The cutting disc works with 9 blades for a finer cutting pattern and consistent results across the entire mowing width. Additional edges provide seamless coverage—something you can feel when walking barefoot. You get the 9-blade cutting disc as a complete replacement—ready for direct installation on the Navimow mowing disc. The swap is done in just a few minutes, completely without tools.

Less grass clumping, more power
With sharp blades, the cutting disc reduces the typical grass blockages on the mowing disc, because the cut material is removed cleanly. Otherwise, damp material sticks around the blades and slows down rotation—an overrunning mowing disc keeps the flow of grass moving. This helps your SEGWAY Navimow run more reliably even when the grass is a bit denser. Fewer stops, less rework, and a consistently well-kept lawn.

How long does shipping take for the CUT GUARD 9-blade cutting disc for my Segway Navimow H500E?
The delivery of the CUT GUARD 9-blade cutting disc for Segway Navimow H500E usually takes place within 2-4 working days after ordering. If you order before 2 PM, your package is usually shipped the same day. Returns are possible within 30 days, provided the product is unused.
How do I change the 9-blade cutting disc on my H800E robotic mower?
Changing the CUT GUARD 9-blade cutting disc on the Segway Navimow H800E is done in a few steps: First, turn off the robotic mower and unplug it. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screws of the old cutting disc. Place the new disc on and secure it with the same screws. The entire process should take no longer than 15 minutes.
How does the 9-blade cutting disc affect the battery life of my Segway Navimow H1500E?
The CUT GUARD 9-blade cutting disc provides a more even cutting pattern due to the additional cutting points, which means the robotic mower can work more efficiently. This can positively affect battery life, as less energy is needed for cutting, especially during regular mowing. This also contributes to the health of the lawn.
What is the difference between the 6-blade, 7-blade, and 9-blade cutting discs from CUT GUARD, and which is best suited for my lawn?
The 6-blade disc offers fewer cutting points and is ideal for less demanding lawns. The 7-blade version is suitable for moderately complex lawns, while the 9-blade disc is designed for the best cutting results on demanding, well-maintained lawns like your Segway Navimow H500E. It allows for finer and more even mowing.
How do I know when to replace the CUT GUARD 9-blade disc?
There are several warning signs that indicate the 9-blade disc of your Segway Navimow H-Series robotic mower should be replaced. These include an uneven cutting pattern when the lawn is no longer being cut evenly in some areas, or visible signs of wear on the blades. A louder operating noise during mowing can also indicate that a replacement is necessary.
