Compatibility – DREAME
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ A1
- ✓ A1 Pro
- ✓ A2
Your Dreame uses LiDAR navigation to mow straight paths across the lawn – how clean these paths look is determined by the cutting disc. Here you will find the right replacement mowing disc for A1, A1 Pro and A2: with 6, 7 or 9 blades, each variant with protective frame and ready to install.
6, 7 or 9 blades – find the right disc
All three versions fit identically on A1, A1 Pro and A2 and use the same protective frame. The difference is the number of cuts per revolution: more blades hit each blade of grass more often – the result is finer.

The blade plate your Dreame was delivered with. If you were happy with the cut pattern of the new robotic lawnmower and simply want to replace the worn disc, you can get it here – install it and keep going like on day one.

One more cut per revolution, noticeable with thick growth: the lanes look more densely cut without the robotic lawnmower having to drive more often. The middle path for everyone who wants more than the factory setting.

Nine blades break up the cuttings so finely that they disappear between the blades of grass – ideal for mulching and for lawn areas that should look as if they were cut with nail clippers after every run.

Clean mowing lines are only possible with sharp blades
Dreame A1, A1 Pro and A2 do not mow crosswise, but with LiDAR navigation in precise, parallel lines. That is exactly what dull blades make so visible: where a chaotic mower’s mistakes blur, Dreame shows every weakness of the cutting system line by line in the lawn.
Frayed, brownish blade tips, individual blades left standing in the track, a cut pattern that only looks right after the second pass – these are the typical signs that the problem is not the robotic lawnmower, but the cutting disc and blades having already seen their best days.
A fresh cutting disc restores the condition you bought the robotic lawnmower for: the blades separate every blade of grass cleanly, the cut edges stay green, and the lines look as if they were drawn.
The disc is delivered fully equipped and fits the original mounting of all three models – without adapters, without drilling, and without any adjustment work.
Protective frame and tool-free swapping
Unlike many other robotic lawnmowers, each variant of this cutting disc on the Dreame comes with a protective frame – regardless of whether it has 6, 7 or 9 blades. It guides the freely swinging blades in a controlled manner and prevents clippings from building up between the disc and the housing, slowing down the rotation.
The swap requires not a single screwdriver: remove the old disc, fit the new one, done. What used to be annual maintenance becomes a matter of two minutes – put on gloves, switch off the robotic lawnmower, replace.
It’s worth it even during the year: After a summer with fallen fruit, branches, or hidden toys in the grass, a quick look at the disc is all it takes. If a blade is stuck or the disc has a knock, replace it in the same time it takes to recharge the robotic lawnmower.
For winter, it’s simple: clean the disc, check it for cracks, and store it dry – then the Dreame starts into the new season in spring without any surprises.

Simply select the desired number of blades above – 6, 7 or 9; if you like, you can also get it as a set with 60 replacement blades. Each variant fits Dreame A1, A1 Pro and A2 and is delivered ready to install.
Top reviews
After testing two other brands, I decided on this Messerscheibe for my Dreame A1 robotic lawnmower. The product met my expectations, providing an even cut of the lawn thanks to its excellent design and high-quality blades. Additionally, the protection system works really effectively, reducing the risk of damage when mowing in more challenging areas. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable replacement.
The blade disc for Dreame A1 worked well, but the installation took longer than I expected. It included six screws, which was a bit overwhelming, but I appreciated that the rotation of the blades was smooth and efficient. The delivery time was also longer than promised.
I’ve been using this cutting disc for my Dreame A2 Pro for a few weeks now, and it really delivers a clean lawn cut. The part with the guard feels stable, and the 6 blades run evenly without the jerking I had before. Installation was also straightforward—everything fit right away.

Frequently asked questions
Does the cutting disc really fit all three models – A1, A1 Pro and A2?
Yes. Dreame uses the same mowing disc mount for the A1, A1 Pro and A2, so every version of this disc fits each of the three lawn mowers without adapters or modifications. Even if you switch to a later model within the series, you can continue to use replacement discs and blades.
Which version should I choose – 6, 7 or 9 blades?
The 6-blade version matches the factory configuration and is the classic 1:1 replacement. With 7 blades, each blade of grass is cut once more per rotation—useful for dense, vigorous growth. The 9-blade version provides the finest cut and the best mulching performance. Mechanically, all three versions fit identically.
Do all three versions have the protective frame?
Yes—unlike some other robotic lawn mowers, Dreame includes a protective frame with every version (6, 7 and 9 blades). It supports the freely swinging blades and prevents cut grass from building up on the disc and slowing down the rotation.
Do I need tools for the replacement?
No. The cutting disc is replaced on the Dreame without a screwdriver: switch off the robot, carefully tilt it, remove the old disc, and attach the new one. Since the blades are already pre-assembled, the entire swap takes only a few minutes.
Are the blades included in the package and already mounted?
Yes. Each disc comes fully fitted—on the 6-blade version with 6, on the 7-blade version with 7, and on the 9-blade version with 9 pre-assembled blades. You don’t need to screw anything on individually; the disc is ready to use straight out of the packaging.
How can I tell if my current disc is worn out?
Typical signs include frayed, brownish blade tips, individual blades that remain standing in the mowing lanes, or a cutting system that runs unevenly. Since the Dreame mows along precise LiDAR paths, dull blades quickly become noticeable in the strip pattern. After contact with stones or branches, you should also check the disc for notches and deformation.
When is the set with 60 replacement blades worth it?
Whenever the robot runs regularly. The A1, A1 Pro, and A2 typically work through their mowing schedule several times per week—accordingly, the blades become dull regularly. With the 60-blade set, you’ll have supplies for the entire season at home and pay less per set than if you buy individual replacements later.
Is this an original Dreame replacement part?
No, it’s a compatible cutting disc from CUT GUARD. It is manufactured to fit precisely for the mounting of the Dreame A1, A1 Pro, and A2 and is designed for continuous operation in the mowing robot—an alternative to the original part stored in the EU, available quickly, and with pre-assembled blades.
