Compatibility – Mammotion
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ LUBA MINI AWD 800
- ✓ LUBA MINI AWD 1500
- ✓ LUBA MINI AWD LiDAR
- ✓ LUBA Mini 2 AWD
The LUBA MINI brings Mammotion mowing technology into a format that fits typical home gardens – and that’s exactly where it’s constantly in use. To ensure the compact robotic lawnmower always cuts cleanly, this is the right replacement mowing disc: available with 6, 7 or 9 blades, each version with protective and pre-equipped blades.
How many blades for your garden – 6, 7, or 9?
All three versions use the same mounting and provide the same protection – they are fitted to the LUBA MINI in exactly the same way. The difference lies in the number of cutting edges per revolution: the more blades, the more finely the grass is cut.

The classic replacement for a well-kept lawn: six fresh blades restore the familiar, even cut pattern without you having to change anything in the mowing plan of your LUBA MINI. Remove the worn disc, fit these – and you’re back in business.

Seven blades provide one additional cutting edge per rotation. On lawns that become dense quickly in early summer, the mowing disc picks up more blades per pass – the result looks more uniform without the robotic lawnmower having to run longer.

Nine blades shred the clippings into the finest pieces: the tiny scraps disappear between the blades of grass instead of ending up scattered on the lawn. The right choice for everyone who wants to get the densest, most even result out of the compact LUBA MINI.

Small robot, big workload
In a compact garden, the LUBA MINI covers the same areas especially often – every corner, every edge, week after week. What looks like effortless routine on the lawn adds up on the mowing disc to many hours of operation, while the blades gradually lose their sharpness.
Every owner knows the result sooner or later: instead of being cleanly cut, the grass is torn, the tips of the blades start to discolor, the cut pattern looks uneven – and the motor has to work harder against the increased resistance of dull blades.
A fresh mowing disc resets everything in one step: sharp blades, clean cutting edges, and a lawn that looks as well cared for as it did in the first week after buying the robotic lawnmower.
The disc comes fully equipped and sits directly on the mounting of all LUBA MINI models – from the AWD 800 via 1500 and LiDAR to the LUBA Mini 2 AWD.
Maintenance is handled by the drawer, not the workshop
With the LUBA MINI, you don’t need to hire anyone for the cutting system: switch off the robotic lawnmower, carefully tilt it, remove the old mowing disc, and attach the new one. No tools, no adjustment work – the complete swap is done in just a few minutes right at your garden table.
The protective frame is included with all three versions. It keeps the blades securely in position and supports a smooth, free run of the mowing disc – damp clippings that would otherwise collect around the blades and slow down rotation get less opportunity to cause trouble.
If you already have a replacement mowing disc in the drawer, you’re also prepared for in-between incidents: after contact with a stone, a branch, or hidden toys, briefly check the mowing disc – and replace it immediately if needed, instead of waiting days for replenishment.
Before winter, it’s enough to clean the disc of grass residue and moisture. Anyone who starts in spring right away with fresh blades has a clean cut pattern from day one.

Select the appropriate blade count above – 6, 7, or 9; if you like, also as a set with 60 replacement blades. Each version fits Mammotion LUBA MINI AWD 800, 1500, LiDAR and LUBA Mini 2 AWD and is delivered ready to install.
Top reviews
After some research for my Mammotion LUBA Mini 2 AWD, I chose this cutting disc after trying two other brands. The fit is good for me, and the 6 blades can be swapped quickly; with the blade guard, less grass and clippings get caught. The cut looks neat again, but the delivery could have been better packaged, because the blade packaging was slightly crumpled when it arrived. Overall solid, but not quite perfect.
I replaced this cutting disc on my Mammotion LUBA MINI AWD 1500: the 6 blades included fit perfectly, and with the protective piece, less debris gets caught between the grass. Installation took me about 10 minutes; I did have to pay close attention to the bolt/screw position so everything locks in properly.
I swapped this on my Mammotion LUBA Mini 2 AWD and the cut looks clean again. The blade guard is a nice touch, and the six replacement blades included made it an easy job instead of waiting for parts. So far it hasn’t jammed on thick grass.

Frequently asked questions
Which Mammotion models is this cutting disc specifically suitable for?
It fits the Mammotion LUBA MINI AWD 800, LUBA MINI AWD 1500 and LUBA MINI AWD LiDAR, as well as the new LUBA Mini 2 AWD (1000 and 1500 LiDAR). Both generations use an identical mounting and identical blade screws, so the replacement process is the same for all models.
Can I also use the disc on a larger Mammotion such as the LUBA MAX AWD?
No. This cutting disc is designed for the compact LUBA MINI models; it is not intended for larger Mammotion robotic lawnmowers such as the LUBA MAX AWD. Before purchasing, it’s best to compare the model designation of your device and the design of the existing mowing disc.
How do I choose between 6, 7, and 9 blades in a typical home garden?
The 6-blade version is the proven standard replacement for the familiar cutting pattern. Seven blades provide one additional cutting edge per revolution and are worth it when the lawn grows quickly and becomes dense. Nine blades break up the clippings the finest—ideal when, during mulching mowing, you want as little as possible to remain visible. All three are installed the same way.
Do I need to take the robot to a workshop to change the disc?
No, you can handle the maintenance of the cutting system completely yourself: switch off the robot, carefully tip it over, remove the old disc, and attach the new one. No tools are needed for this, and the entire process takes only a few minutes.
Is a replacement mowing disc in the drawer enough for an entire season?
With regular mowing in a typical home garden, a replacement cutting disc as a reserve is usually sufficient to get through the season. More often needed are the blades themselves—there is every option available as a set with 60 replacement blades. After contact with stones or branches, you should also briefly check the disc for damage.
Do I have to screw the blades on myself before the first use?
No, the blades are pre-assembled—depending on the version, 6, 7 or 9 pieces. You simply place the complete disc onto the mount of your LUBA MINI, and the robot can start mowing right away.
Is the guard only available for the 6-blade version?
No, in this series the guard is included with all three versions—6, 7 and 9 blades. It keeps the blades securely in position, supports smooth running of the disc, and helps reduce grass buildup around the blades.
Is this an original part from Mammotion?
No, it is a compatible cutting disc from CUT GUARD. It is manufactured to fit the mounting of the LUBA MINI models precisely and is designed for regular mowing in a home garden—a readily available alternative to the original part with pre-assembled blades.
