Compatibility – SEGWAY
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ Navimow H500E
- ✓ Navimow H800E
- ✓ Navimow H1500E
Make sure your SEGWAY Navimow cuts cleanly through the grass again—with the right cutting disc for H500E, H800E & H1500E, including 6 blades and protection.

No more uneven cut edges
When the blades become dull, the Navimow tears the grass apart rather than cutting it cleanly—resulting in uneven strips and more rework. Over time, this also puts strain on the motor, which has to work against the resistance. With the new cutting disc for SEGWAY Navimow H-Series H500E, H800E & H1500E, you restore cutting performance and give your mowing disc back the right sharpness for an even cut. Six sharp blades ensure a clean, dense result.
Fits your SEGWAY Navimow H500E, among others
The cutting disc is precisely designed for the SEGWAY Navimow H series: Navimow H500E, Navimow H800E and Navimow H1500E. The swap is quick and easy—remove the blade plate, attach the cutting disc, done, without complicated tools.

The quick way to fresh blades
The 6 blades of the cutting disc ensure a finer cutting pattern and even cutting edges. A sharp cut separates cleanly, a dull one crushes—this difference shows up in the density of the lawn. In the package you will receive the cutting disc with guard as well as the 6 blades—so the replacement is completed right away. The blade guard reliably secures the blades, and the swap works completely without a toolbox.
Fewer stops, more mowed area
With sharp blades, the risk is reduced that wet or long grass will build up on the mowing disc. Otherwise, damp clippings stick around the blades and slow down rotation—an overrunning mowing disc keeps the flow of grass moving. This helps your Navimow run more reliably, cut more evenly, and stay on pace even under changing conditions. Fewer stops, less rework, and a well-kept lawn throughout the season.

passt perfekt für meinen segway navimow h500e, die messerscheibe sitzt sauber und die 6 klingen schneiden sehr gleichmäßig. bei feuchtem rasen bleibt dank schutz und weniger blockierung deutlich weniger gras hängen.
It fit my Segway Navimow H800E without any fuss, and the 6 blades cut evenly even in damp grass. The protective guard felt a bit tight during installation, but it’s holding up well now.
fits my segway navimow h800e perfectly, and the guard keeps grass from getting tangled up. cuts clean with all 6 blades even when it’s damp.
Installed the replacement disc on my Segway Navimow H500E in about 15–20 minutes, and it lined up well with the existing screws. The set comes with 6 blades and they run evenly, even when the grass is a bit wet; the protective guard does help with reduced buildup. Only downside: the guard is slightly awkward to seat at first.
Hurtig levering og den passer direkte til min Segway Navimow H500E. Klingen tårner pænt i vådt græs, og beskyttelsesringen reducerer græsansamling.
Fast delivery and easy to replace. Cuts well, even in wet grass!

How long does the shipping of the cutting disc for my Segway Navimow H500E take?
The shipping of the cutting disc for the Segway Navimow H500E usually takes place within 2-3 working days. We offer reliable delivery so you can quickly get back to working with your robotic mower. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can easily return it within 30 days.
What are the advantages of the CUT GUARD cutting disc compared to retrofit discs?
The CUT GUARD cutting disc offers high-quality workmanship and a precise fit for the Segway Navimow H-series, which improves cutting performance. While retrofit discs may be cheaper, they often do not provide the same efficiency and durability, which can lead to more frequent replacements.
How can I tell that the blades of my CUT GUARD cutting disc need to be replaced?
A blade replacement should be considered if you notice that the cutting pattern is becoming uneven or the blades show visible damage. If grass clippings are increasingly sticking to the mowing plate, this is a sign that the blades are no longer cutting optimally and should be replaced.
Are there specific problems that frequently occur with the cutting disc for the Segway Navimow H800E?
A common problem with the blade disc for the Segway Navimow H800E is the accumulation of grass clippings, especially in wet weather. This can cause the mowing deck to become blocked and the robotic mower to operate inefficiently. An uneven cut may also indicate worn blades that should be replaced in a timely manner.
How do I replace the CUT GUARD blade disc on my Segway Navimow H1500E?
Replacing the blade disc on your Segway Navimow H1500E is done in a few steps: First, turn off the robotic mower and remove it from the charging station. Then you only need a wrench to loosen the screws of the old blade disc. After replacing the disc, secure everything back in place, and the entire process should take no longer than 10-15 minutes.
