Compatibility – SEGWAY

Fits the following robotic mowers:

  • Navimow H500E
  • Navimow H800E
  • Navimow H1500E
replacement cutting disc · Segway Navimow H500E, H800E & H1500E

A Navimow of the H series doesn’t mow any handkerchief-sized areas: it clears large areas week after week, and every one of these meters goes over the same cutting disc. Here you’ll find the right replacement mowing disc for H500E, H800E and H1500E – with 6, 7 or 9 blades, delivered pre-assembled and ready to install.

Replenishment for the peak season

6, 7 or 9 blades – what pays off on your area?

All three versions fit identically on H500E, H800E and H1500E. The difference lies in the number of cuts per revolution: More blades hit each blade of grass more often and break up the cuttings more finely. The larger your area, the more clearly this difference adds up over the season.

Cutting disc with 6 blades and guard for Segway Navimow H500E, H800E and H1500E
6 blades
With guard – like from the factory

The direct 1:1 replacement for the worn disc, as the only version with surrounding protection: It covers the screw connection and guides the Klingen cleanly. The first choice if you don’t want to change the cut pattern of your Navimow, but only restore it.

cutting disc with 7 blades for Segway Navimow H500E, H800E and H1500E
7 blades
One step finer

One more cut per revolution – you’ll notice it when, after rainy days, grass has grown in strongly. The mowing disc is designed flat; the blades sit freely on the top. The middle path between factory condition and fine cutting.

cutting disc with 9 blades for Segway Navimow H500E, H800E and H1500E
9 blades
Finest cut pattern

Nine blades break down the clippings so finely that they disappear during mulching between the blades – the most visible difference on large lawns. Also a flatter mowing disc without protection, with maximum cutting density per revolution.

Each version also available as a 60 replacement blades set
When mowing large areas, blades wear out faster – and precisely in May and June, when the grass grows the most, nobody wants to wait for a delivery. With the 60 blades set, the replenishment is within reach in the cupboard, and in the set it costs less than ordering replacement blades individually.

Large areas work differently

A Navimow H1500E is built for properties where a manual lawnmower would take up an entire afternoon. Accordingly, it runs: longer cycles, more operating hours, and significantly more meters per season than a robotic lawnmower on a small row-house plot.

Every one of those meters goes through the same six, seven, or nine blades. Wear and tear on the H-series is therefore not a matter of bad luck, but simply a matter of the area covered – and it arrives earlier than many expect.

Think it through: a cutting disc costs only a fraction of what a season of lawn care on this area otherwise ties up in time and money. Dull blades, on the other hand, cost a little every day – in cutting quality, in runtime, and in the load on the mowing motor, which has to work against the resistance.

The disc is delivered fully equipped and fits the mounting of H500E, H800E and H1500E – without adapters, without adjustment, without setup work.

From the first cut to storage

The season of a Navimow starts in March and often doesn’t end until October. During this time, the robotic lawnmower drives through morning dew, through summer dryness, through damp autumn leaves – and in each of these conditions, the cutting system works under different circumstances.

Wet cuttings stick to the mowing disc and slow down rotation; dry, tough stems dull the cutting edges faster. If the Navimow starts to tear stems out rather than separating them, if cutting edges fray and turn brown, or if individual stems are left behind, it’s time for a fresh disc.

The replacement itself keeps no one waiting: switch off the robotic lawnmower, carefully tilt it, remove the old cutting disc, and attach the new one – without a screwdriver, without a toolbox. Since the blades are already mounted, fastening the individual blades is completely unnecessary.

Practical for large gardens is the intermediate check: after contact with branches, stones, or fallen fruit, it’s worth taking a quick look at the mowing disc. And the same applies before storing it in winter – clean it, check for nicks and impact marks, and store it dry. Then the next season starts without any surprises.

Cutting disc with 9 blades for Segway Navimow H-series in the lawn
Nine blades for the finest cut pattern

Select the desired number of blades above – 6 blades with blade guard, 7 or 9 blades for a finer cut pattern; if you wish, directly together with the set from 60 replacement blades. Each variant fits Segway Navimow H500E, H800E and H1500E and is delivered ready to install.

Cutting disc for Segway Navimow H500E, H800E and H1500E – replacement mowing discs with 6, 7 or 9 blades

If you are looking for a cutting disc for Segway Navimow H500E, H800E or H1500E, you need a spare part that fits the H-series mount exactly and keeps the cutting system stable in rotation over long operating times. The mowing disc carries the blades and thus directly determines how clean large lawn areas look after each run. On this page, you will find the matching replacement mowing disc in three versions – with 6, 7 or 9 blades, each supplied fully assembled.

A cutting disc for the entire Navimow H-series

The models of the H series share the same mowing disc mount. You therefore do not need to look for a model-specific replacement part: each variant offered here fits on the Navimow H500E, the Navimow H800E, and the Navimow H1500E. Please still check the exact model designation of your device before ordering and compare the design of the existing cutting disc, as the mount and dimensions for robotic lawnmower replacement parts can differ depending on the series.

Why wear occurs earlier on large areas

The H series is typically used on larger garden areas and operates there for longer periods. The cutting system is constantly in contact with grass, moisture, soil, and small garden debris. The more square meters a robotic lawnmower covers per week, the more cuts each individual blade performs – so wear is not determined by the calendar, but by the actual mowed area. On a 1,500-m² property, a disc replacement is therefore due earlier than on a small lawn area.

How many blades are right for your lawn?

The 6-blade version matches the factory-installed configuration and is the classic 1:1 replacement for the worn original cutting disc. The 7-blade version makes one additional cut per revolution and delivers a denser cut when growth is vigorous. The 9-blade version produces the finest cut: the clippings are chopped so small that, during mulching, they practically disappear between the blades. Mechanically, all three variants can be mounted identically.

Protection: only with the 6-blade version

An important difference between the variants concerns protection. The 6-blade cutting disc is equipped with a surrounding protective frame that covers the screw connection and supports controlled blade guidance during operation. In contrast, the 7-blade and 9-blade versions are built as flat mowing discs, with the blades screwed freely on the top side. Both designs are intended for continuous operation – if protection is important to you, choose the 6-blade version.

Tool-free replacement in just a few minutes

For replacing the cutting disc, you don’t need a screwdriver: switch off the robotic lawnmower, carefully tip it over, remove the old disc, and fit the new one. Since the blades are already pre-assembled, there’s no need to individually screw in the blades – the disc is ready to use straight out of the packaging. This is especially practical for large properties, because the robotic lawnmower is back in the mowing plan after just a few minutes.

Reduce grass blockages on the mowing disc

A common reason for reduced mowing performance is grass clippings that collect around the mowing disc. Especially with damp lawn clippings, dense grass, or longer mowing intervals, this can impair the rotation of the blades and slow the robotic lawnmower down. A clean-running, undamaged disc keeps the flow of grass moving and ensures that the Navimow stays on rhythm even under changing conditions – with fewer stops and less rework.

How you can tell when a replacement is due

Clear signs include frayed rather than smoothly cut blade tips, brownish discolored cut edges, individual blades left standing in the mowing paths, as well as an uneven running pattern or noticeable noises in the cutting area. After contact with branches, stones, or roots, the disc should also be checked for notches and deformation: a disc that has been struck creates imbalance and puts strain on the cutting unit bearing – over large areas across many operating hours.

Optional in a set with 60 replacement blades

Each blade count is also available optionally as a set with 60 replacement blades. This lets you replace dull blades throughout the entire season without having to reorder in between – and you pay less in the set than with a later individual purchase. For owners of an H800E or H1500E with a correspondingly large mowing area, stocking up is particularly useful because the blades reach their service-life limit faster there.

Compatible replacement part from CUT GUARD

This cutting disc is a compatible replacement part from CUT GUARD, not an original Segway part. It is manufactured to fit precisely for mounting on the Navimow H-series; the material and blade guidance are designed for continuous operation in the robotic lawnmower. Please compare the model designation of your robot and the design of the existing cutting disc before purchase to ensure the correct use.
