Compatibility – SEGWAY
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ Navimow i208 AWD
- ✓ Navimow i215 LiDAR
- ✓ Navimow i220 LiDAR
i208 AWD, i215 LiDAR and i220 LiDAR are the powerful middle of the Navimow family – and all three use the same mowing disc. With a replacement, there is therefore exactly one decision to make: 7 or 9 blades. Both versions come with blade guard and pre-assembled blades – Segway has already standardized the rest.
7 or 9 blades – the only question your lawn answers
Pickup, protection and installation are the same for both discs – so you can’t order the wrong thing. The only difference is how often each blade of grass is hit per rotation. Just ask yourself: Should the lawn look neat – or should the cuttings be impossible to find?

The choice for everyday family lawns: seven cuts per revolution trim even vigorous growth cleanly and evenly, without you having to think any further. If you simply want a well-groomed result, this is your cutting disc.

Nine cutting blades break up every blade of grass noticeably finer: the clippings are so short that they disappear between the blades and benefit the lawn as mulch. For everyone who runs short mowing intervals and wants the dense ornamental lawn look.

Three robotic lawnmowers, one mowing disc – that’s how easy replacement can be
Whether you use Navimow as an i208 with all-wheel drive to handle slopes or as an i215 or i220 with LiDAR to navigate through winding gardens – under the housing, all three models have the same mowing disc mount. So you don’t need to compare model lists or stock three different replacement parts.
This makes maintenance noticeably easier: one disc in the cupboard covers the entire middle i-series. Households with two robotic lawnmowers – for example i215 in front, i208 AWD on the slope behind the house – can get by with a single replacement part for both.
The disc fits onto the original mount without an adapter and without any adjustment. All blades are installed and aligned at the factory – you simply mount the complete mowing disc and the robotic lawnmower takes over again.
That’s exactly what this page is for: one product page, two blade numbers, zero risk of mix-ups – the fastest way to have your Navimow cutting again like it did on day one.
Delivered with protective frame, changed without tools
Both versions come with a protective frame around the cutting system. It keeps the freely swinging blades in their path and allows cut grass to pass through freely instead of building up on the mowing disc – the rotation remains consistent even with damp, dense growth.
The swap itself is deliberately kept straightforward: switch off the robotic lawnmower, remove the old mowing disc, attach the new one – no screwdriver is needed. After a few minutes, the Navimow continues its plan as if nothing had happened.
In the meantime, feel free to take a look at the mowing disc: frayed blade tips, blades that are still standing, or an unsteady operation of the cutting system indicate that blades or the cutting disc have reached the end of their service life. Even after contact with branches or stones, it’s worth checking – a mowing disc with impact causes imbalance.
Before winter, it’s enough to remove grass residues from the cutting disc and store it dry. At the start of the season in spring, a fresh blade set ensures that even the first run looks clean.

Simply make the one decision above – 7 blades for reliable everyday cut or 9 for the finest mulching, optionally right away as a set with 60 replacement blades. Both fit the Segway Navimow i208 AWD, i215 LiDAR and i220 LiDAR and are delivered ready to install.
Top reviews
The cutting disc for my Segway Navimow i215 LiDAR fits without any problems and, after replacing it, it cuts evenly again. The only downside: there was a bit more paper in the package than the product itself, and the shipment arrived late.
After trying two other brands for my Segway Navimow i215 LiDAR, this 7-blade mowing disc was the most precise. The old disc had started to produce uneven cuts, but after the swap it runs smoothly again and the grass is cut very evenly, even in slightly denser areas. I could mount it without any trouble, and the fit was exactly as it should be. 5/5 overall.

Frequently asked questions
Does the same cutting disc really fit the i208 AWD, i215 LiDAR, and i220 LiDAR?
Yes. Segway uses the same blade plate mount on these three Navimow models, so each of the two versions fits all three robots without an adapter and without any modifications. You only need one replacement part for the entire mid i-series—even if you have two different models in use. However, please briefly check the model name of your device before ordering.
I have a normal family lawn—are 7 blades enough for me?
In most gardens: yes. The 7-blade version trims even vigorous growth cleanly and provides the even, well-groomed look you expect from a regularly mowing Navimow. The 9-blade version is only worth it if you specifically want an especially fine cut—for everyday lawn care, the 7-blade option is the straightforward choice.
When is the 9-blade version worth it?
When you want the clippings to be as inconspicuous as possible. Nine cutting blades hit each blade of grass more often per rotation and break it down accordingly finer—the cut then sinks as mulch between the blades instead of lying on the surface. Ideal for short mowing intervals and for anyone aiming for a dense ornamental lawn look. Note: More blades mean a finer cut, not simply the same result.
Is a protective cover included with both versions?
Yes, both the 7-series and the 9-series mowing disc are supplied with a guard. It keeps the freely swinging blades stable and ensures that grass flow on the disc remains clear, so that damp clippings do not wrap around the blades and slow down rotation. So there’s nothing you need to pay attention to regarding the guard—it is included in the delivery for both variants.
Do I need to attach the blades myself after unpacking?
No. In both versions, the blades are fully assembled and aligned at the factory—seven pieces on the 7-series disc, nine on the 9-series disc. You simply place the complete disc onto the mount of your Navimow, and the robot can start mowing right away; there is no individual blade assembly required.
How does the swap work on the Navimow—do I need tools?
No, the replacement comes without tools. Turn off the robot, remove the old mowing disc, and attach the new disc—this only takes a few minutes. Since the blades are already mounted, there’s no screw work and no adjustment required, and the Navimow then continues with its mowing schedule normally.
How do I know with the i-series that the disc or blades should be replaced?
Pay attention to the cutting pattern: frayed instead of smoothly trimmed blade tips, individual blades that remain standing, or a mowing deck that runs unevenly are typical signs. Loose blades or nicks and deformations after contact with branches, stones, or roots also indicate that a replacement is needed— a disc with impact causes imbalance. At the start of the season in spring, a fresh set of replacement blades is generally recommended.
Is this an original replacement part from Segway?
No, this is a compatible cutting disc from CUT GUARD. It is manufactured to fit precisely in the mounting for Navimow i208 AWD, i215 LiDAR, and i220 LiDAR, and is designed for continuous operation in the robotic mower— a quickly available alternative to the original part, fully equipped and with protection.
