TerraMow is still young on the German market – and you notice it as soon as a wear part is due. This cutting disc for S800, S1200, V600 and V1000 is in stock with us in Europe instead of being on the way for weeks: ordered, delivered, mowed on. With 6, 7 or 9 blades, each disc ready to be fitted.

6, 7 or 9 blades – which disc should be in your cupboard?

All three versions fit the same mounting for the TerraMow and are available immediately from stock. The difference is how often a blade is hit per revolution: more blades mean more cutting points and thus a finer cut pattern. Also pay attention to the design – only the 6-blade version carries the circumferential protective frame.

cutting disc with protective frame and 6 blades for TerraMow S800, S1200, V600 and V1000
6 blades
With protective frame – as usual

The version with a circumferential protective ring and covered hub. If you want to simply replace your worn mowing disc and not change the design, take this disc – it is the direct successor to the mowing disc that has been on the robotic lawnmower so far.

cutting disc with 7 blades for TerraMow S800, S1200, V600 and V1000
7 blades
One more cut

Lower mowing disc without a protective ring, instead with an additional cutting edge. Seven blades also catch the stems that six blades leave behind – noticeable when the lawn has been pushed back strongly after a week of rain.

cutting disc with 9 blades for TerraMow S800, S1200, V600 and V1000
9 blades
Finest cut

Also designed to be flat, with the densest blade spacing of this series. Nine cutting blades break the grass into such short pieces that it disappears between the stems when mulching – the choice for the most well-groomed look.

Each version also available as a 60 replacement blades set
The real reason for downtime is rarely the cutting disc, but the missing blade at the right moment. With the 60 blades set, you’ll have stock for the entire season in the cupboard, swap them on the day it’s needed – and pay less than when buying individually.

Why a replacement part on the shelf is worth more than one on the ship

With established brands, you get a mowing disc in every corner. With TerraMow, it’s different: the S and V series has only been on the market in this country for a short time, so the replacement part network is correspondingly thin. If you order from the manufacturer, you often have to wait for weeks for a shipment that first has to cross half the world.

It’s just unfortunate that wear and tear doesn’t choose the timing. Dull blades show up in June, when the lawn grows fastest – and then the robotic lawnmower is exactly in the weeks when it’s needed most urgently. Two weeks of delivery time turn into two weeks of manual work with the lawnmower.

That’s why this cutting disc is kept in stock with us in Europe. Order today and have the replacement in your hands within a few days, not next month. Your TerraMow mowing schedule keeps running as if nothing had happened.

The disc comes fully equipped from the packaging and fits onto the existing mount of the S800, S1200, V600 and V1000 – without adapters, without modification, without any adjustment work.

Protective or flat – and what that means when changing

One point you should know before placing your order: The surrounding protective frame with a covered hub supports only the 6-blade version. It guides the blades in the cutting area and keeps cut material away from the center of the mowing disc. The 7- and 9-blade variants are intentionally designed to be flat so that the more closely spaced cutting edges can work freely.

This has no impact on installation – all three sit on the same mount. The change itself doesn’t require a screwdriver: switch off the robotic lawnmower, carefully tilt it, remove the old mowing disc, and fit the new one. Since the blades are already fully mounted, fastening individual blades is completely unnecessary.

Two minutes, a pair of gloves – that’s all. That’s exactly why it’s worth keeping a replacement disc in the cupboard: you swap it in the evening and the robotic lawnmower makes its round the next morning, without a single mowing day being missed.

After contact with branches, stones, or roots, it’s worth taking a quick look at the mowing disc and blades. If the disc shows notches or runs unevenly, the replacement is already there – and the season keeps going without interruption.

Flat cutting disc with 9 blades for TerraMow, tool-free replacement
The 7-blade and 9-blade discs are flat – without a protective ring

Select the desired blade count above – 6 with protective ring, 7 or 9 flat – and, if you wish, right away together with 60 replacement blades. Each variant fits TerraMow S800, S1200, V600 and V1000, comes pre-assembled and ready to install, and ships directly to you from the EU warehouse.

Cutting disc for TerraMow S800, S1200, V600 & V1000 – replacement mowing discs with 6, 7 or 9 blades

A cutting disc for TerraMow S800, S1200, V600 and V1000 is the component that organizes the actual work in the cutting system: the mowing disc carries the freely swinging blades, holds them in position, and stabilizes their rotation in the mowing area. If the cutting quality declines or the existing disc no longer sits properly, replacing it is the simplest repair for the entire robotic lawnmower. On this page, you’ll find the right replacement in three versions – with 6, 7 or 9 blades, each pre-equipped and available from stock in the EU.

Availability: the difference between days and weeks

TerraMow is one of the newer brands in the German-speaking region. The spare parts network is correspondingly thin, and original parts often take a long journey before they reach the customer. For a wear part that becomes due in the middle of the growth phase, this is the wrong delivery time: if the robotic lawnmower is idle for two weeks in May or June, the lawn catches up exactly with the delay that the device is actually supposed to prevent. This cutting disc is stocked in Europe and ships out on short notice – so the mowing schedule can run.

Compatible with S800, S1200, V600 and V1000

The disc is intended for the TerraMow models S800, S1200, V600 and V1000 and fits precisely onto their mowing disc mount. One part covers both the S and the V series, which makes storing replacement parts much easier – even when two different models are in use in the garden. Please check the exact model designation of your device before purchasing and compare the design of the existing cutting disc.

Which blade count is right for your lawn?

The 6-blade version is the classic replacement for the worn mowing disc and the only variant with a surrounding protective frame. The 7-blade version makes one more cut per revolution and therefore also captures blades that six blades would leave behind. The 9-blade version delivers the finest result in this product line: more cutting points mean shorter clippings and better mulching performance. Mechanically, all three fit identically onto the same mount.

Protection only with the 6-blade variant

An important difference in design: the protective cover with a surrounding ring and covered hub belongs to the 6-blade version. It supports the controlled guidance of the blades in the cutting area and keeps clippings away from the center of the mowing disc. The versions with 7 and 9 blades are built flat so that the closely spaced cutting edges can swing freely. If you want to keep the familiar design, choose the 6-blade variant; if you’re aiming for a finer cut pattern, go for the flat version.

Change without tools – blades already mounted

For the replacement on the TerraMow, you don’t need a screwdriver: switch the robotic lawnmower off, carefully tilt it, remove the old mowing disc, and fit the new disc. Since the blades are delivered fully mounted, the individual screwing of the blades is no longer necessary – the disc is ready to use straight out of the packaging. A complete replacement takes only a few minutes and fits conveniently between two mowing sessions.

Recognize wear before the lawn shows it

Dull blades tear the grass rather than cutting it. Typical signs include frayed instead of cleanly separated blade tips, brownish discoloration of the cut edges, an unsteady run in the cutting area, or noticeable noises. Visible signs of wear on the mowing disc, blades that no longer sit securely, or a noticeably slower throughput in dense grass also indicate that a replacement is needed. After contact with branches, stones, or roots, the mowing disc and blades should be checked as well – a warped mowing disc creates imbalance and puts additional strain on the cutting unit.

Optional in a set with 60 replacement blades

Each blade quantity is available optionally as a set with 60 replacement blades. This ensures you’re covered for the entire season and you don’t have to reorder every time the cutting performance declines. Especially for a brand with manageable availability of replacement parts, keeping a small stock in the cupboard is the simplest insurance against unplanned mowing pauses – and in a set, replenishment costs less than buying later as a single item.

Compatible replacement part from CUT GUARD

This cutting disc is a compatible replacement part from CUT GUARD, not an original TerraMow part. It is manufactured to fit precisely for mounting on the S800, S1200, V600, and V1000; the material and blade guidance are designed for continuous operation in a robotic lawnmower. The key advantage over the original part lies in availability: stock in the EU instead of long procurement routes. Please compare the model name of your robot before purchasing to ensure the correct use.
