Compatibility – Mammotion
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ Yuka Mini
- ✓ Yuka Mini 2
If your Mammotion Yuka Mini or Yuka Mini 2 suddenly cuts more sluggishly, it is almost always due to the cutting disc. Here you choose how finely it should be cut – with 6, 7 or 9 blades, each with pre-assembled blades.
Which blade count is right for your lawn?
All three versions fit mechanically identical on the Yuka Mini and Yuka Mini 2. The difference lies in the cut pattern: the more blades, the finer and more even the grass is cut.

The right choice for well-kept, regularly mowed areas. As the only variant with mounted blade guard: it prevents clippings from building up between the blades and blocking them.

One more blade distributes the cutting work across more cutting. This is useful when the grass grows more vigorously between two mowing cycles or when the area is somewhat overgrown.

The highest cutting density – for dense, strong grass and larger areas. During mulching, the cuttings are finely chopped and spread more evenly across the lawn.

Unpack, attach, and start mowing
For replacement, you don’t need any special tools: switch off the robotic lawnmower, turn it over carefully, unscrew the old disc, and mount the new one – a suitable screwdriver is all you need.
Here’s how to proceed: switch off the robot, place it on a soft surface, and loosen the screws of the old mowing disc. Fit the new disc, tighten the screws firmly by hand – done. The complete swap takes hardly five minutes and works identically for the Yuka Mini and Yuka Mini 2.
Make sure the blades remain freely movable and can rotate smoothly. They should be able to pivot during operation – only then does the cutting system work evenly and the cut pattern stays clean.
A good time for a quick maintenance check: if the robotic lawnmower is already lying on its back, it’s worth clearing the underside of the housing and the area around the wheels of grass clippings. It takes just a moment and keeps the cutting system clear permanently.
How you can tell when a replacement is due
Brown, frayed tufts of grass after mowing, an uneven cut pattern, or a noticeably louder-running motor are the typical signs. Visible notches and deformations on the blades also indicate that a replacement is needed.
After a collision with a solid obstacle, it’s worth taking a look at the disc: even a slightly bent cutting disc leads to imbalance, makes the robotic lawnmower noticeably louder, and permanently puts strain on the bearings.
Dull blades no longer cut – they tear. The frayed blades dry out at the tips, the lawn looks brown, and it’s put under stress. Often, people then fertilize or additionally water, even though a simple blade or disc replacement solves the problem.
As a rule of thumb: replace blades every four to eight weeks, depending on lawn area and mowing frequency, and check the cutting disc itself once per season. With the optional 60er Klingen Set, you’ll have the replenishment right on hand.

Precisely fitting for Mammotion Yuka Mini and Yuka Mini 2
These cutting discs are manufactured to fit precisely for the Yuka Mini series – for Yuka Mini (500, 800) as well as for Yuka Mini 2 (500, 1000). The mounting matches the original; you do not need to make any adjustments or drill anything out.
Whether as replacement mowing disc, blade plate or cutting disc: The discs are equally suitable for maintenance, repair, and preparing for the new mowing season. A quick check of blades and fasteners every few weeks keeps cutting performance consistent and helps prevent larger damage.
Top reviews
Fits my Mammotion Yuka Mini 2, and the blade guard gives a better feel during operation. However, I had to adjust the replacement of the blade a bit before it sat completely steady.
I ordered the cutting disc for my Mammotion Yuka Mini 2 because after a few weeks of mowing, the old blades slowly started to lose their sharpness. With the blade guard, everything runs more smoothly, and the 6 replacement blades were perfect for a quick swap. In my small townhouse garden, the robotic mower delivers a noticeably more even cut, even when the grass is a bit higher. The fit was as expected; the only thing is that assembling the new blades takes me a little longer than I thought.

Frequently asked questions
Which number of blades should I choose – 6, 7, or 9?
All three variants fit identically on the Yuka Mini and Yuka Mini 2 – the difference lies in the cutting pattern. The 6-blade variant is the proven standard for well-maintained areas, 7 blades provide a denser cutting pattern with stronger growth, and 9 blades deliver the finest cut in dense grass and larger areas. If you’re unsure, you’re best off with 6 or 7 blades.
Does the cutting disc fit both models – Yuka Mini and Yuka Mini 2?
Yes. The mounting matches the original and fits the Yuka Mini (500, 800) as well as the Yuka Mini 2 (500, 1000). No adjustment or re-drilling is necessary.
Does each variant have a blade guard?
No – the installed blade guard belongs to the 6-blade variant. It prevents cut grass from getting stuck between the blades and blocking them. The versions with 7 and 9 blades are supplied without a blade guard.
What do I get from the set with 60 replacement blades?
Blades are wear parts and should be replaced about every four to eight weeks depending on the lawn area. With the 60-piece set, you have plenty of blades at home for the entire season and pay significantly less as a set than when buying individually. The set is available for each of the three blade counts.
How do I replace the cutting disc and how long does it take?
Switch off the robot, turn it over carefully, unscrew the old disc and mount the new one—just a suitable screwdriver is enough. In practice, the complete replacement takes only a few minutes and works identically for the Yuka Mini and Yuka Mini 2.
How do I know when a replacement is due?
Typical signs are brown, frayed grass tips after mowing, an uneven cutting pattern, or a motor that is noticeably louder during operation. Visible notches on the blades or a collision with a solid obstacle are also a good reason to take a closer look.
What distinguishes the CUT GUARD cutting disc from the original?
You get the perfectly fitting alternative at a lower price—and with 7 or 9 blades it even delivers a denser cutting pattern than the original disc. All variants are supplied with mounted blades and are ready to use right away.
Can the cutting disc stay on the robot over the winter?
Yes, it can remain mounted. However, before storing it, you should thoroughly remove any grass residue and moisture so that the blades and the mounting do not suffer during the winter break.
