Compatibility – MOVA
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ MOVA 600
- ✓ MOVA 1000
As soon as your MOVA 600 or MOVA 1000 suddenly starts mowing more sluggishly, the 9-blade cutting disc is exactly the quick boost for clean cuts again.

Frayed lawn despite a robotic mower? That’s why
Dull blades tear the grass rather than cutting it – the result: an uneven cut and more work for your robotic mower. The blades are crushed instead of severed, discolour at the tips, and the lawn looks unkempt. With the 9-blade cutting disc for MOVA 600 & MOVA 1000, you restore cutting performance and put an end to the “grass gets stuck” feeling. Nine sharp blades deliver the finest cutting pattern in this series – for a particularly dense, even lawn.
Fits perfectly for your MOVA MOVA 600, among others
The cutting disc is designed to fit MOVA 600 and MOVA 1000 – it sits on the mowing disc without any hassle. The swap is straightforward: remove the old cutting disc, attach the new cutting disc, done – no special tools required.

One set, one hand motion, done
The 9 blades ensure a more even cutting pattern because the grass is “gripped” more often and more finely. More cutting, more control over every blade of grass – even the critical look up close finds nothing to complain about. You get the 9-blade cutting disc as a complete replacement for your mowing disc – ready for the next job. The replacement takes just a few minutes and requires no tools: simply remove the old precision mowing disc and fit the new one.
More free grass flow instead of blockages
More cutting contact means fewer chances of grass blockages at the mowing disc. Especially with wet or long grass, clippings otherwise build up around the blades and slow down rotation—sharp, freely running blades counteract this. This way, your MOVA works more reliably, mows more evenly, and you have to intervene less often when wet or long grass clumps up. A smoother run and a lawn that stays well maintained throughout the season.

Wymieniłem tę 9‑klingową tarczę w moim MOVA 1000 i od razu widać różnicę: więcej punktów cięcia daje równy, gładki efekt bez podbierania trawy do krawędzi. Montaż zajął mi ok. 15 minut, bo trzeba przełożyć wszystkie 3 śruby mocujące; po przykręceniu pracuje stabilnie i nie blokuje się na mokrym trawniku.
Swapped this 9-blade disc on my MOVA 600. The cutting looks cleaner with more bite points, but the open design didn’t fully prevent clumping on wetter patches for me. Installation took about 20 minutes because I had to line up the three mounting screws carefully, and it feels a bit fiddly.
very satisfied with the performance, the trimmer is much more efficient and prevents blockages.

Shipping of the CUT GUARD 9-blade mower disc usually takes place within 1-3 business days after payment is received. In Germany, we deliver directly to your home, and you will receive a tracking number for better tracking of your order.
What advantages does the 9-blade disc have on the cutting pattern and lawn health compared to 6-blade models?
The 9-blade mower disc for MOVA 600 and MOVA 1000 offers a finer and more even cutting pattern due to the increased number of cutting points. This contributes to lawn health, as fewer blades fray and the lawn grows overall healthier and denser.
What are the main differences between the original and the CUT GUARD retrofit disc?
The CUT GUARD retrofit disc features an open design that improves the removal of grass clippings and reduces blockages at the mowing plate. Compared to the original disc, it is often more cost-effective while maintaining the same cutting performance and precision.
How do I know when the blades of the 9-blade mower disc need to be replaced?
Signs that the blades need to be replaced include an uneven cutting pattern, when the lawn looks torn, and a noticeably reduced mowing performance. If the blades show visible wear or damage, it is time for a replacement.

Changing the 9-blade mower disc for MOVA 600 and MOVA 1000 requires a Phillips screwdriver and possibly pliers. The replacement takes about 10-15 minutes: First, turn off the mower robot, then unscrew the old disc and mount the new one in reverse order.
