Compatibility
Fits the following robotic mowers:
- ✓ Alle CUT GUARD Messerscheiben
- ✓ Segway Navimow (Original-Mähteller)
At the latest when your CUT GUARD or Segway Navimow jerks while mowing or tears the grass rather than cutting it cleanly, these 60 replacement blades will get you back up to speed and deliver clean edges.

Frayed blades? Time for fresh blades
Dull blades quickly turn “mowing” into “pulling”: the grass is cut unevenly, stays where it is, and the mowing disc works against the clock. After a while, the original blades lose their sharpness and put extra strain on the motor. With the 60 replacement blades for CUT GUARD mowing discs & Segway Navimow, you get fresh cutting edges that go through the grass evenly again. A large stockpile—so you’re ready for multiple blade changes and the entire season.
Fits perfectly for all CUT GUARD mowing discs, Segway Navimow (original mowing disc)
The 60 replacement blades are designed for all CUT GUARD cutting discs as well as for Segway Navimow (original mowing discs). You can swap the cutting disc/mowing disc parts quickly and easily—no long tool drama.
What’s included: everything for the swap
The 60 blades provide a finer cutting pattern, so your lawn looks more even and fewer “stubble” patches remain. Fresh blades cut cleanly through the grass blades instead of crushing them—your lawn rewards you with a rich green. You receive the replacement blades as a set, so you don’t have to reorder again for the next season. The blade change takes just a few minutes and requires no special tools.

More smooth operation in the cutting system
With sharp blades, the tendency for grass blockages on the mowing disc is significantly reduced. Otherwise, damp clippings collect around the blades and slow down the rotation—fresh, sharp blades keep the flow of grass moving. Result: reliable operation, even mowing paths, and fewer interruptions, so your Segway Navimow or CUT GUARD can keep going. Fewer stops and a consistently well-maintained lawn throughout the season.

Bought these for my Segway Navimow and they fit the CUT GUARD discs exactly. Stainless blades cut cleanly, but one blade arrived with a tiny scratch.

How do I know that the blades of my CUT GUARD cutting disc need to be replaced?
A clear indication of worn blades is an uneven cutting edge in the lawn or frequent clogging of the lawn mower robot. If you notice that your Segway Navimow lawn mower robot, such as the H800E model, is having difficulty cutting through thick grass, the blades should be checked and possibly replaced. Visible damage or rust on the blades is also a clear warning sign.
What problems can occur if I use the wrong cutting disc for my Segway Navimow H1500E?
Using an incompatible cutting disc can lead to an imbalance that can damage the lawn mower robot. This can cause motors to overheat or other mechanical parts to wear out. It is important to use only compatible CUT GUARD cutting discs to ensure the safety and efficiency of your lawn mower robot.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of original versus aftermarket CUT GUARD cutting discs?
One of the advantages of original CUT GUARD cutting discs is the guaranteed fit as well as the quality of the materials used. Aftermarket discs, on the other hand, can often be cheaper, but there is a risk that they do not provide the same performance or durability. For models like the Segway Navimow H3000E, original parts are recommended to achieve the best results.
How do the blade variants (6/7/9) differ for my Segway Navimow lawn mower robot?
The blade variants differ in the number of cutting edges, which affects mowing in different lawn conditions. Models like the H330E benefit from 9 blades for more effective lawn control, while 6 blades are perfectly sufficient for less demanding lawns. The choice largely depends on the type and density of the grass.
How long does the shipping of my 60 replacement blades for CUT GUARD cutting discs take?
The shipping of the 60 replacement blades usually takes place within 2-5 business days after ordering. We also offer a hassle-free return option within 30 days if the blades do not meet expectations or are not compatible. This way, you can be sure that you are getting the right parts for your Segway Navimow robotic mower.
